We are a non-denominational group of moms that meets every other Friday from 9am to 11:30am from September through May at our host church, Solana Beach Presbyterian Church. (Map)
At our meetings, we enjoy:

- small group discussion time with other moms
MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers. It is a positive and supportive program designed to nurture mothers of preschoolers (expecting moms through moms of kindergartners).
MOPS groups meet in churches throughout the United States, Canada and nineteen other countries. The women are of many ages, denominations and backgrounds, but share the same desire – to be the best mothers they can be!
This year, join us in the learning process as together we explore MomSense: Intuition + Common Sense= MomSense. This year MomSense: Bold • Loving • Sensible – equips moms to embrace their mothering instincts and develop their own parenting style.
